Terms of Use: By using any photo booth owned by Firework Photo Booth Co or Kate Alison Photography LLC to take photographs or videos, or to have photographs or videos taken of you, you grant unrestricted rights and permission to license, use, reproduce, and distribute images in which you may appear in whole or in part, in any country, at any time, in any media, for any purpose, as well as the right to use your contact information for promotional purposes, acknowledging that you may opt out of any communications in the future.

Collection of Personal Data: The Company may collect information voluntarily provided to us through responses to forms, surveys, questionnaires, feedback, etc. By sharing your personal data via this website or with the use of one of our photos booths, you agree to allow your information to be stored by the Company and potentially shared with a third party.

Model Release: Firework Photo Booth Co, owned and operated by Kate Alison Photography LLC reserves the right to use images produced with its photo booth under this Agreement to transfer to a third-party, host, store, cache, reproduce, publish, display (publicly or otherwise), perform (publicly or otherwise), distribute, transmit, modify, adapt, and create derivative works of, and to reproduce the same images, in each case for the purpose of promoting the Company, its services, and other good- faith business purposes.
